How do you look at the trials in your life?

Do you look at them as a reason to be worried-

or as an opportunity for God to move in your life?

How do you view blessings that come into your life?

As a way to promote yourself, or as a means to help others?

What determines what you focus on in your life?

Your feelings, or the Word of God?

As a photographer, one of the main tasks is fixing the focus of the camera lenses in order to get the full picture of their object.

As a believer in Jesus Christ, we are called to use the Word of God to fix our focus to get the full picture of God’s plan for our lives.

Joseph had the right focus!

Even though he went through many trials, God delivered him from the pit, the prison, and the persecution of his own brothers!

While it wasn’t God’s will for Joseph to be thrown in the pit, He still used it for Joseph’s own good and the good of the entire nation.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” ~ Genesis 50:20

Joseph was God focused, and God was able to move in his life!

Is God your focus today?

Take time to focus on the Word of God, and let Christ be the focus of your life!
